• Formerly Compaq CarePaq and HP Supportpack
• Stand alone services - for basic support and warranty extension; including hardware services and software support.
• Combination services - integrated hardware and software support for both reactive and proactive customer requirements.
• Environment services - services that are fixed price, fixed time, defined solutions; including start-up, installation, and assessments.

HP Spare Parts Depot Program

• The Spare Parts Depo Program allows Program Participants access to HP Spare Parts Deports for the purpose of obtaining critical HP spare parts for registered systems.
• Availability of HP spare parts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Delivery of HP spare parts within four hours of the initial request for systems registered within 90 miles of the depots.
• Depots provide parts through years 4 and 5.
